Eli was gracious enough to share his thoughts on the program and how it helped launch the professional career at Hausmann Construction, Inc. he believes is off to a flying start.TAKESHow did you learn about the CCL University program?When I was first hired, the CCL University program was somewhat F underutilized. The Professional Staff, however, did a great job LIGHT reintroducing it, making sure everyone understood its value. It really resonated with many of us in the bag room, and those who embraced it saw significant growth in their roles at the Club. Having a clear path laid out for each level of the program made it easier to set goals, track progress and develop both personally and professionally. The structured approach not only helped improve our skills but also gave us a stronger sense of purpose for the program. What were the best takeaways for you?The CCL University program taught me the importance of professional growth, adaptability and setting clear goals for development. It reinforced the value of communication, teamwork and attention to detail, all of which helped create a better member experience. Overall, the program shaped my work ethic and helped me build skills I continue to use today. How did you get connected with HausmannConstruction?My connection with Hausmann came through a few different channels, primarily professional relationships formed during my time at Country Club of Lincoln. Tell us about your work at Hausmann.I am currently an estimator in the Lincoln corporate office. My typical daily activities include analyzing and preparing cost estimates for projects across all of our offices. I work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing, assess risks and evaluate market trends. A key part of my role is collaborating with project teams, architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure every project meets the clients needs.
